1. Em uma panela coloque a água e misture o dashi. Leve ao fogo até ferver.
2. Quando estiver fervendo, abaixo o fogo e adicione o missô, mexendo rápido para que a pasta dissolva até formar um caldo homogêneo. Reserve.
3. Em potinhos individuais, coloque os cubos de tofu e adicione a sopa de missô bem quente. Finalize adicionando a cebolinha por cima. Sirva em seguida.
